How to Establish Daily Priorities

How often have you woken up, got out of bed, and instantly thought, “You have many things to do today!” only to throw yourself back onto the bed in despair? Sometimes your routine tasks can seem overwhelming–so much to do, so little time–that it can lead to incredible stress levels and decreased overall life satisfaction. It’s time to get your priorities straight. Here’s how. Planning your day can be as simple as making a list of the 5 or 10 things that you want to get done today, things that you do not want to have on that list tomorrow. Some people have taken this to an art form and will actually plan their week on Sunday night prioritizing what has to happen when. Common Life Priorities What might your priorities be?
