The Top of the Rock Observation Deck at New York’s Rockefeller Plaza, which is 70 stories tall, is a fantastic way to see New York and beyond. You’ll have an amazing 360 degree panoramic view that showcases the city’s one of a kind skyline. Feel the need to buy yourself a diamond?
